学者の中には、右の構成要素は男らしい武士だけを指すと主張する者もいる。そのため、日本では「人陰茎」は、紳士にしかできない方法で武士に奉仕する小姓のことだったようだ。構成要素は文字通り、陰茎を持った人が奉仕し、何らかの仕事をすることを意味する。実際、ほとんどの屈強な武士は、小姓と定期的に性行為を行っており、妻や側室よりも好んでいたことが多かった。それが普通だったため、この象形文字は英語で文字通り「誰かに奉仕する」という意味になる。
おそらく、これは「勃起した人」、つまり、うまくやること、誰かに性的奉仕を提供する用意があること、そしてもちろん礼儀正しくそれを実行することと解釈できるでしょう。この象形文字は、当然ながら、人の仕事、またはさまざまな性的奉仕 提供者の「仕事」も指しており、この表現の古い意味の出典は「…それは仕事に付随する」です（「来」を参照）。

Some scholars insist that the right element refers only to manly samurai warriors, so that in Japan「person penis」seems to have been a page boy PROVIDING SERVICE to a samurai as only a gentle man can. Elements literally are person with penis SERVICING, DOING A JOB of some sort. Actually, many if not most tough guy samurai warriors were regularly engaging in sex with their page boys, often in preference to their wife or concubines…it was the norm, and so this glyph literally means, as in English,「to service someone.」
　Possibly could be read as a「person with a hard-on」to do well, ready to provide service to someone and DO them, but politely, of course. This glyph unsurprisingly also refers to one's JOB, or to various service provider 'jobs,' as the old source of meaning of the expression,「…it comes with the job」(see 'come' 来).

　In China, meaning a SERVICE PROVIDER:「person's penis.」「Ten men in array」or「ten men with one」or「array of tools」and so on, as the de facto limit for a single service provider to handle simultaneously, determined during various competitions…from the bottom up: two dis-integrated feet, one anus, one vagina, one tit set, two hands, two armpits, one mouth. While other bodily sites and combinations were attempted of course, this one proved to be the only setup that was workable for all eleven participants, given the logistics involved of physical body placement. Note that some added lubrication was necessary in some spots, and everyone needed to cooperate while providing support to one another, hence meaning the polite form of TO DO…and it is no use denying that service providers held these competitions. Humans still do, today.
