Replacement glyph of「anal penetration with hand」(擘) and more specifically,「inserting one's thumb into an anal orifice」with these elements of「both talented hands used to accomplish a task that is depraved」as SPREADING APART a buttocks crack prior to penetration, and preparing the rectum for penile entry without the use of a tool, such as an anal plug or dildo. This sort of action might be necessary if the subject is unable to cooperate but not resisting either, such as, if dead and already fairly stiff due to rigor mortis. The「crack」referred to may just as easily been vaginal in nature,「talented hands reaching the vaginal cervix」(right element).
