Describes fluttering tassels hanging on the fringes or edges of another object, yet that is perhaps a modern interpretation since the original meanings have supposedly been forgotten: see the various element descriptions that may need no explanation after understanding what they refer to, particularly discharging gonorrheal gleet and/or semen with that material dangling from the fringes of the glans. Why would anyone raise a tassel-fringed flag, on a rod or shaft no less, while prostrate? what methods of uncivilized coitus guarantee no offspring, being barren? why is a rod copulating in cups, the same term used for breast sizes and the pocket shaped by the sole of a no-longer-integrated foot?
　As for that PEARLY FRINGE: pearls and the source of pearl are used in Chinese euphemistically to represent droplets of ejaculate, that「small amount, 3/5 of an ounce (勺)」as droplets and smeared inside shells as mother-of-pearl, the source of motherhood inside the walls of a cavity with two sets of lips such as clams and oysters (see 貝, the goal of emissions), and not without reason. References to female entertainers with tassels sticking and dangling from breast nipples in a burlesque show need no explanation. Clearly described as PEARLY DROPS in many other glyphs while engaged in mammary intercourse, coitus between a squeezed teat [tit] set with those many pearly drops of semen in flight becoming necklaces, ear adornments, and a horrendous nuisance in head hair likened to「falling tree blossom petals」blown by the breeze: see 櫻.
