　This element is used in modern forms of glyphs to replace (㫺) very many people as piled meat, (㠭) very many flesh seams, (茻) very many emerging shafts or glans, and (叕) very many crotches, so either the two penises or two soil seams conjoined make some sense. The modern four-stroke depiction is decidedly easier to write than any of the previous elements it replaced, and conveniently obfuscates the source meanings as well, making the element easier to teach to younger pupils (albeit with some degradation of comprehension) to mean LAYERS…and literally, cooperating folks who lay are in fact layers or getting laid: brick layers, pipe layers, egg-layers, laying successive deposits of material, and so on.
　While we all may not agree with the morality, what more clearly epitomizes the concept of COOPERATION better than a bonobo-style orgy? clearly, a downward thrusting penis does not necessarily require the cooperation of the lower human or the ewe, but an「upward thrusting penis」implies that the partner is straddling ONE ON TOP OF ANOTHER, a position in layers requiring the COOPERATION of all involved. That there are two such penises in the element also implies COOPERATION, WORKING JOINTLY by swapping partners from time to time, experiencing BOTH, an indicator of orgiastic participation and COOPERATION.
