「言う、舌を口に入れる、話す、交わる」の古い形で、「相互の垂直運動」を伴う。おそらく、力強く話している間、話者の頭や舌が上下に動く。長く話す、非常に大きな声で叫ぶ、またはその両方のように、伸びることを意味する。猿の古代の星座で、長く大声でしゃべる（しかし、ほとんど話さない）ことを意味している可能性がある。「満たされた開口部の棒」両側に伸び、車輪を取り付けることができる車軸ケースに使用されるもの。
構成要素としては、常に何らかの形で「強制的な性交」、つまり大声で叫ぶこと（口頭）または激しい性行為を指し、ボノボや人間に似ています。この象形文字には明らかにさまざまな構成要素の組み合わせが可能ですが、「開口部内でねじ込む」、「開口部に棒を入れる」、「舌を鳴らす口の中に棒を入れる」などはすべて、目的の寄港地に入ると金切り声を上げるボノボまたは初期の人類、つまり棒を開口部に伸ばす、または差し込むことを表現している可能性があります。これが「棒の原因」です。伸展、「詰まった開口部に棒を押し込む」などなど。交尾のときに歓喜の声をあげたり叫んだりすると、近くにいる他の動物の注意を引く傾向があります。オスやメスの発声は本能的な霊長類の反射であり、意識的な事前の計画の結果ではありません（…最近では、そこに潜在的なライバルをあまり引き付けない方が良いかもしれませんね）。
